Eagles fly over Clippers for 8-0 Win


Netting three goals in the first three minutes, Husson handled U. Maine Machias. Alexandra Laniewski (Scarborough, ME) kicked off the scoring from a Katie McLaughlin (Winslow, ME) cross. Laniewski knocked in four goals and one assist on the day elevating her season total to eight goals and three assists.

First year students Kaleigh Morneau (Twin Mountain, NH) and Amanda Gifford (Lee, ME) scored their first collegiate goals and Shelby Bradford (Lee, ME) had one goal and two assists. Busy in the net, Clipper goalkeeper Amanda Norbie (Thomson, MN) recorded 15 saves on the loss.

Husson returns to home action Saturday, September 19 against Thomas at 3:00 P.M.
