Head Coach Mark Hundhammer is the Women’s Lacrosse
program’s first coach. The program begins play in spring of
2009. Coach Hundhammer has an extensive background in coaching
soccer and will apply those experiences to the Lacrosse field.
Coach Hundhammer has coached at all levels; youth, club, Olympic
Development, Interscholastic, and intercollegiate. He has served as
the assistant women’s soccer coach at Husson since 2004.
Along with his duties as an assistant coach in the athletic
department, Coach Hundhammer serves as Intramural Coordinator
providing recreational opportunities for the campus.
Coach Hundhammer is a faculty member in the School of Science and
Humanities, teaching anatomy and physiology labs. In the past, he
served as a field/trip leader with Woodleaf Outdoor School,
Keystone Science School, Teton Science School, University of
Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and University of Maine Machias.
Coach Hundhammer is a graduate of the California State University
– Chico with a Bachelor of Arts Degree Geography with a minor
in Biological Sciences. Coach Hundhammer has a Masters of Science
in Natural Resources from University of Wisconsin – Stevens
Point and a Certificate of Supervision – Business from the
University of Maine.
