The defense was anchored by Travis Karpak (Fy, Middlebury, VT) and Mike Labrie (Fy, Oakland, ME). Goalie Matt Linnell (Fy, Albion, ME) was solid with an 11 goals against average and a .557 save percentage.
The roster features 13 first year student athletes and 15 are from the state of Maine. Head coach Jeremy Mattoon has 16 student athletes committed to play next season from 8 different states. The Eagles are excited for the future with all underclassman on the roster and commitments form next season. Four wins is a solid start for any first year program, including three losses by a total of four goals. Look for the Eagles to soar above .500 next season.
