The Eagles were a unanimous choice for the top spot receiving all eight first place votes and a total of 64 points in the NAC men's basketball preseason poll. Husson returns six players including the all-conference senior tandem of Brock Bradford and Matt MacKenzie from a squad which went 11-3 in conference play and won their first NAC Championship. [read more] A long-planned renovation of the Newman Gymnasium floor has begun. The venerable floor turned 40 this year and was in dire need of a face lift. The current maple floor is one of the best in New England and when the first phase is completed, the wood grain will show its original characteristics. [read more] |
