Clara Swan Center
The Swan Center was built in 2001 the primary benefactor of this facility, Husson alumnus Dick Trott '62 and his wife Alice. The "Swan Center" bears the name of Husson legend Clara Swan. Clara graduated in 1932 and, upon graduation, continued to work at Husson as a coach, athletic director, professor, and Dean.
Also located in the Swan Center is the Kenduskeag
Research Center. This facility offers equipment used for
research and performance-testing for athletic endurance and
kinesiology by the Physical Education and Physical Therapy
departments. The Kenduskeag Research Center was funded by a
generous donation from Helda Hutchins.
