Top Moments 2013-2014: Women’s Cross Country Takes First Ever Harrier Invitational

Bangor, ME – After winning the previous two NAC Championships the Husson women's cross country team had a strong season paced by juniors Alecia Palmer and Chrissy Larrabee.

Top Moment: Husson Harrier Invitational

For the first time ever in program history Husson University hosted a home meet, the Husson Harrier Invitational at Saxl Park in Bangor, ME.

The Eagles finished with three of the top 4 runners, soaring on to the team victory. Larrabee led the Eagles finishing 1st overall, with Palmer finishing just one step behind for 2nd place, and teammate Kateri Jeffrey placed 4th.

Husson would go on to clinch the team victory at the Saint Joseph's Invite in Standish, ME and a second place finish at the 2013 NAC Championship, where Palmer finished 2nd overall and Larrabee placed 3rd overall.
